Youngmin Han pursued doctoral training in medicinal research at the University of Science and Technology, laying a solid foundation in the field. He later advanced his career at Georgia State University, taking on the role of Assistant Research Professor. Here, he dedicated his efforts to translational research, specifically targeting aging-related cardiovascular diseases such as abdominal aortic aneurysms, hypertension, and atherosclerosis. Currently, Youngmin is at the forefront of innovative research, focusing on the reprogramming of vascular smooth muscle cells to address and repair vascular defects. His academic expertise spans organic chemistry, medicinal biology, and molecular cell biology, equipping him with a comprehensive skill set to spearhead the development of groundbreaking therapeutic strategies in regenerative medicine.
